Another step in your research may be looking for reviews. Yup, we all do the “Condo Reviews” on Google and look for pros and cons from existing home owners hoping to find helpful ones or negative ones in case we need to dodge a bullet. There are some fake reviews, exaggerated testimonials and other fake spams that you might encounter. So it’s best to study carefully and the best for signals whether this review is natural or not. One way to detect this for example is the lack of picture or the too good to be true testimonial. (eg. I grew my hair buying this condo!)
